Know when plans move
When a practice time or place changes in a connected calendar, the event says what moved and when we noticed. Every change stays on one list, so nothing slips by.

For busy families juggling it all
Magic Quilt connects school emails, sports schedules, and family logistics into one calm daily view, so you can spend less time managing the chaos and more time being present.
Magic Quilt is invite-only right now. Ask for an invite and we'll email you when a spot opens.

When a practice time or place changes in a connected calendar, the event says what moved and when we noticed. Every change stays on one list, so nothing slips by.

Each event carries who’s going and who’s driving. A ride nobody has claimed shows up as “No driver yet”, on the day and in the morning email.

Set the rotation once. Magic Quilt keeps the turns even, and the other families get their own link and calendar feed, no account needed.

Each grown-up gets their own copy of the Week Ahead, under their own name. The lines that are theirs, like the practice they’re driving to or their carpool turn, sit at the top with what needs the family, and the whole household’s week is still right below.

Plan the week’s dinners and each one sits on its day, next to practice and pickup, and in the morning email.

From scattered to settled. Magic Quilt quietly stitches your sources together and surfaces just what you need, so every day starts with clarity instead of chaos.
Google, Outlook or iCloud calendars, TeamSnap, GameChanger, and any calendar link your school or league publishes.

Send newsletters and class emails to your household’s Magic Quilt address. Patch pulls out the dates and what to bring, and puts them on the right day.

The Week Ahead arrives every morning for each grown-up you add: the week by day, who’s driving, and the few things that need you.

Meet Patch
Patch is the assistant inside Magic Quilt. It has read the calendars and emails you gave Magic Quilt, so “What’s happening Thursday?” or “Who’s driving this week?” gets a straight answer. You can ask it from ChatGPT or Claude, too.

No. Keep using the calendars you have. Magic Quilt reads them, can add events back to them, and gives each person a calendar link that keeps their phone up to date.
No. Add them to the household and they get the Week Ahead email. They can sign in later if they want the app.
